Metropolitan Pittsburgh Real Estate
Jeffreytown sales and listings There were only two sales of homes in the Jeffreytown and Jeffreytown Heights neighborhoods of North Fayette Township in 2007, according to information on the Allegheny County Website and the West Penn Multilist. Both sales were on Darlene Drive. The neighborhood includes Jeffrey Circle, and Darlene drives and Swaoger Street in North Fayette Township. Homes in this neighborhood were primarily built by Ryan Homes. I''ve prepared an an analysis such as this one for six different neighborhoods to give a clearer picture to buyers and sellers of Metropolitan Pittsburgh Real Estate. By comparison, there was three sales in 2006, and one in 2005. Nine homes were sold in 2004, and of those, five were new construction. The average sales price of the three homes sold in 2007 was $241,250, up 11.71 percent from $213,000 in 2006, when all three sales were on Swaoger Street. As we begin 2008, there is one home for sale in Jeffreytown Heights. It is located at 174 Darlene Drive, and I am the listing agent. This lovely home is a Ryan Homes Armstrong model. It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths. Please visit my Website at www.rickxanderonline.com for more details. I will be conducting open houses there on Feb. 10 and Feb. 17 from 1-4 p.m. Please visit! One of the draws for prospective residents is that it is served by Donaldson Elementary School, the newest in the West Allegheny School District. Another draw is its location. It is close to Pittsburgh, yet an easy commute to Steubenville, Ohio and Weirton, W.Va. The shopping district at the Robinson Towne Center, The Mall at Robinson, and The Pointe at North Fayette are all nearby. Pittsburgh International Airport is also within easy reach. With the world’s largest real estate company behind me, I can assist your family and friends with all of their real estate needs in Jeffreytown and beyond, whether it be selling or buying a property, obtaining a mortgage, finding a tenant, property management, or relocation assistance elsewhere.
